Assign Applications to Spaces
The Application Assignments section of the preferences pane allows to you assign an application
to open only within its assigned space. Click the + or ??’ button under the Application Assignments
section to add or remove applications from the binding list. When you add an application to
the list, its default space is 1. To assign a different space, click its listing in the Space column
of the Application Assignments section and choose the appropriate space number from the list.
You can also set the option to Every Space, keeping the application available in each space
you use.
Switch Spaces
Jumping from space to space is easy with keyboard shortcuts. The default shortcuts are listed
in the Expos?© & Spaces preference pane in the ???Keyboard and Mouse Shortcuts??? section of the
Spaces tab. Unless you change the default settings, to scroll through the spaces, you hold down
the CTRL key and press the RIGHT ARROW or LEFT ARROW key. To go immediately to a certain
space, hold the CTRL key and click the number corresponding to that space.
