"How to Do Everything: Mac"

Apple has done a fabulous job with the
Mac??™s interface and color schemes, and each iteration of Mac OS X just gets better than the last.
But there is a way to make your Mac look even better: customize it to suit your tastes. There are
several elements of your Mac??™s interface that you can change so that they appear and behave how
you prefer them to. To some this may seem like fairly trivial stuff, but most of us work better in
surroundings we personally enjoy.
Tailor Your Environment
The first modifications you normally make when you buy a new home are those that will make
the biggest and fastest impact, such as painting walls and installing new carpeting or hardwood
