Check
the ???Change picture:??? check box at the bottom of the Desktop & Screen Saver preferences pane
and choose how often or in what manner you want the picture to change from the pop-up menu
to the right. Check the ???Random order??? check box if you want the Mac to choose randomly
which picture to display from the folder you??™ve selected.
If the picture you want to use for your desktop picture does not fit well on your screen, you
can change the way the picture is shown. In the upper-left corner of the Desktop tab is a small
preview of the picture you currently have selected. Just to the right of that preview is a pop-up

menu that allows you to adjust the way the picture is displayed on your screen. Simply choose
the option you prefer from that menu.

iMac or MacBook) as they once did when CRT (cathode ray tube) monitors dominated the
computing landscape.
