you can keep all the important contact information you need for friends, family, and
associates, but the neat thing about Address Book is that all of those contacts can be
accessed by many other applications, such as email and calendar programs. Chapter 9
covers Address Book in more detail.
?– Automator Automator does what it says: it automates things for you. Using scripts,
called Workflows, that you can easily create, Automator performs repetitive tasks
automatically for you, which can be a huge timesaver. For example, you could create
a Workflow that tells Automator to rename a big batch of files all at once, create a
Workflow to copy particular types of files to a central location, and so forth. Whatever
repetitive tasks you find yourself constantly performing, now??™s the time to stop and let
Automator do the work for you.

you, either in Basic, Scientific, or Programmer mode. You can even use the Paper Tape
feature that functions similarly to an old-fashioned adding machine tape, without the
