What??™s the matter? Not happy with the font you just used for the text? Well, then change it.
To perform this great feat, select the text you want to change and choose a different font from the
huge list in the Format Bar, or click the Fonts icon in the toolbar to browse through Mac OS X??™s
font list.

Don??™t like the changes you just made? No need to worry; you can undo any changes
by choosing Edit | Undo Change or by pressing z-Z. If you then decide that you liked
your change after all, just redo the change by choosing Edit | Redo Change or by
clicking z-SHIFT-Z.
To make your text really stand out, you should add a little color to it.
Select the text you want to work with, click the text color button in the
Format Bar (refer to Figure 7-4), and then choose the color you like from
the palette provided, as shown here.
Use Styles
Styles are formats that have been preconfigured for different types of text
entries, such as paragraphs or individual characters. Paragraph styles can modify only entire
paragraphs, while character styles can only change individual words or letters.
