To change an object from one type to the other, click the object to highlight
it and then click either the Inline or Floating button in the Format Bar.
Add Shapes to Your Document
Shapes also add pizzazz to your document, especially because you can just type in
them to add text. Click the Shapes button in the toolbar to see all the different shapes,
shown here, that Pages provides.
Select a shape from the list and Pages automatically places it in your document.
You can move shapes in the document just like an object, so click-and-drag the center
of the shape to move the shape to where you need it. Also notice the selection handles;
they work just like the selection handles for objects, allowing you to resize the shape.
To put text into the shape, just click inside the shape and begin typing. Nothin??™ to it!

Save and Export Files
Save your documents by choosing File | Save (z-S) or File | Save As. The Save dialog box
should look very similar to this one:
Give your document a descriptive name in the Save As field, choose where on your Mac to
save the document, and then click Save.
