The are four options you can select at the bottom of the
Save dialog box:
?–  Include preview in document Check this box to have a preview of your document
saved with the file. This allows Quick Look to show you the contents of the entire
document instead of just the first page of the file. This will increase your file??™s size but
saves you time later when you want to preview the document.
?–  Save a copy as Check this box to save your document in such a way that it is backward
compatible with older versions of iWork. This is helpful for sharing your documents with

?–  Copy audio and movies into document Check this box to add a full copy of audio
and movie files to your Pages document. This is helpful for sharing the document with
others, but it increases its file size. If you do not include these files in the document, part
of its meaning and impact may be lost.
?–  Copy template images into document Check this box to ensure that others who open
this document get all the images if you chose to use a template and keep its original
images.
