Give the preset
a descriptive name, such as Glossy Stock Photo Paper, and click OK. Now, instead of
having to go through all the driver settings to find the right selections every time you
want to print photos, just choose the preset you created. Much easier!

Choose Print Options
The ???bare necessities??? approach is great and suffices nicely for most print jobs, but occasionally
you may need to get a bit more fancy with your settings. To access all the printing options, click
the downward-pointing arrow that??™s just to the right of the printer name in the Print dialog box.
The dialog box expands to display a whole new world of printing options, as shown in Figure 8-5.
Let??™s see what the basic options are all about. Keep in mind that we are using TextEdit, and not all
options will be exactly the same across all applications.
Main Print Dialog Box
Your main Print dialog box should look very similar to the one shown in Figure 8-5, with the
following options:
?– Copies Specify the number of copies you wish to print of your document.
