"How to Do Everything: Mac"

?–  Collated If you??™re printing a document containing several pages, check the Collated
box (it is checked by default) to have the printer print one full copy of the document at a
time instead of printing several copies of each individual page at a time. In other words,
if you print three copies of your four-page document with the Collated box checked, your
printer prints the pages in this order: 1234, 1234, and 1234. If you print the document
without collation, the pages print like this: 111, 222, 333, and 444.
?–  Two-Sided If your printer has a duplexer, this option will be available. A duplexer
allows your printer to print on both sides of a single page.
FIGURE 8-5 Several more options are available in the main, or expanded, Print dialog box.
