?–  Hold Highlight the job and then click the Hold button to keep the job in the queue.
?–  Resume Click the Resume button to send a held job to the printer.
?–  Pause Printer/Resume Printer Clicking this button when it says Pause Printer (see
Figure 8-6) causes all jobs you send to this printer to be held in its queue indefinitely.
This button changes to Resume Printer (see Figure 8-7); clicking the button in this state
sends all of the held jobs to the printer.
?–  Info Clicking the Info button opens a pane with General, Driver, and Supply Levels
tabs, shown in Figure 8-8. The General tab shows basic information about the printer??™s
name and location. The Driver tab shows what driver is associated with the printer and

what options are installed on the printer, such as extra memory or paper trays. The driver
can also be manually changed from this location by clicking the Print Using pop-up
menu and choosing the desired driver.
