For instance, to see all the
cards associated with a company, you could just click the company??™s group to list them. Address
Book is already preloaded with a group called All, which lists all of your Address Book contacts,
regardless of their group affiliation.
You can create a group and then either add contacts within it or drag previously entered contacts
from the All group and drop them into the new group. To create a group, choose File | New Group or
click the + button under the Group column, and then enter the group??™s name in the text field.
Adding cards to groups is a snap, too. To
add a card while in a group, simply click the
+ button under the Name column and enter
the contact??™s information. As mentioned,
another way to add cards to a group is to
click the All group and then drag the card
you want from that list and drop it in the
group you want to add it to, as shown here.
A still more convenient way to add
contacts to groups is to create Smart Groups.
Smart Groups automatically add a new
contact to their list if the card for the contact
