"How to Do Everything: Mac"

You can publish your calendars using a .Mac account or
with a private server, such as the server that hosts your personal webpage or a corporate server.
To publish a calendar to the Web:
1. Right-click (or CTRL-click) the name of the calendar and choose Publish to see your
publishing options (see Figure 9-5).

2. In the Publish On pop-up menu, choose where to publish your calendar, .Mac or A
Private Server.
3. If you are using a private server, you must enter the server information, including the
login name and password, to publish your calendar.
You can discontinue the publishing of a calendar by right-clicking (or CTRL-clicking) its
name and choosing Unpublish.
Export and Email Your Calendar
You can export your calendar and email it to colleagues, who can then import the calendar into
iCal or any other calendar application they may use. To export your calendar, click the name of
the calendar to highlight it, and then choose File | Export. Attach the exported file to an email
and send it to those you need to collaborate with.
