Subscribe to Calendars
You can subscribe to calendars published by someone else by clicking the Calendar menu and
choosing Subscribe. Enter the URL (web address) of the calendar and click Subscribe, and then
choose whether to remove alarms, attachments, and To Do items (see Figure 9-6). Check the
Refresh box and choose a time increment if you want to keep up to date with any changes made
to the calendar. Click OK to add the calendar to your calendar list.
Apple provides lots of calendars you can subscribe to on their iCal website, located at
www.apple.com/ical/library/. Use them to keep up with the schedule of your favorite professional
sports team, add holidays to iCal automatically, and know when the next blockbuster movie is
opening. There are several other sites on the Internet that host literally hundreds of other published
calendars, so you can create a calendar list a mile long if that??™s your cup of tea.

Print Calendars
Printing a hard copy of your calendars is a great way to keep up with your schedule without having
to carry your Mac everywhere you go, which in turn may save several trips to your chiropractor.
