iCal provides you with great print options so that you can customize your paper calendar in
any number of ways, as you can see in Figure 9-7:
?– View Choose Day, Week, Month, or List.
?– Paper Choose the paper size.

?– Time Range Set the starting and ending dates of the time period you would like to print.
?– Calendars Choose which of your calendars you would like included in the printout.
?– Options Choose which options you want to see.
?– Text Size Choose a text size in the pop-up menu.
After you have made your choices, click Continue, make any changes necessary in the Print
dialog box that opens, and then click Print.
iSync, Therefore I Am
Another of my past anti-organizational skills was to not have the right number or address handy
when I needed it. For example, I would be at work but need a phone number in an address book
in a desk drawer at home or on my cell phone that my wife had borrowed. Apple??™s answer to this
dilemma is iSync.
