"How to Do Everything: Mac"

Decide how iTunes should behave when a CD is inserted into
your Mac, what encoding to use when importing the tracks (the default is AAC, and is the best
encoding method for most uses), and what quality to use for the encoding. These settings do not
apply to music you download from the iTunes Store.
You Can ???Watch??? Your Music
iTunes has an awesome feature called Visualizer, which quite literally visualizes the sound
waves of your music. To see the Visualizer in action, begin playing a song and then choose
View | Turn On Visualizer (or press z-T). How cool is that? Very, very cool. Want to see
something even cooler? Choose View | Full Screen (or press z-F).

Burning Tab
The options on the Burning tab control the speed with which discs are burned, as well as what
format is used to burn them.
266 How to Do Everything: Mac
Audio CDs play on standard CD drives and can hold roughly 20 songs. MP3 CDs can only
play in your Mac or on CD players that support MP3 playback; they can hold approximately
150 songs.
