Click the ???Assist me??? button at the bottom of the pane and then click the Assistant button
to open the Network Setup Assistant.
2. On the Introduction screen, enter a descriptive name for the location and click Continue.
3. On the How Do You Connect to the Internet? page, choose ???I use AirPort to connect
to the Internet wirelessly,??? and click Continue. Your Mac scans the area for a wireless
network and displays what it finds in the next window:
4. Select the network you want to join, enter the password for the network if one is
required, and click Continue.
5. On the ???Ready to Connect???? page, click Continue again.

6. If you see this window, you are almost a bona fide wireless network guru??”click Done
and you are ready to surf the Web wirelessly.
If you received an error instead, check whether the network requires you to enter a password
to access it, and if so, make sure that you entered it correctly. If you still can??™t connect, be sure
that AirPort is turned on by checking the Network preferences pane again.
