Click the + and ??“ buttons in the bottom-left corner
to add and delete email accounts, respectively.
Click one of the accounts in your Accounts list to get the ???low-down??? on it. Make changes
to the accounts in one of the three tabs available: Account Information, Mailbox Behaviors, or
Advanced.

Account Information
The Account Information tab gives you all the settings information for each of your e-mail accounts.
Change any settings that may be necessary to properly receive email from this account on your Mac.
Check your Outgoing Mail Server options by clicking the aptly named pop-up menu, and select
choose Edit Server List to see the settings used to communicate with your ISP??™s SMTP server.

Check the ???Use only this server??? check box to allow mail to be sent only from the default
SMTP server for the account. Otherwise, Mail will try to use one of your other SMTP servers, if
there are any.
Contact your ISP if you are having difficulties sending or receiving emails. Now that you are
familiar with the Account Information tab, you should be able to follow any instructions your
ISP may give you.
