Addressing
The options in this section determine how your new emails display addresses, what account to
use by default when sending email, and which accounts to make the defaults for Notes and To
Do lists.
LDAP stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and is commonly used throughout
businesses as a means to access the company-wide telephone and email directories. Ask your IT
administrator if your company uses an LDAP server to help you find email addresses of other
employees. If so, click the Configure LDAP button and add the required information to link Mail
to the LDAP server (again, your IT department should be able to help with this).
Responding

to do is reply in the same format in which the original email was received, so the ???Use the same
message format as the original message??? box is checked by default.

level??? box.
