Single message sequences are assigned a color line of their own, making them
distinct from other sequences in the history of the email.

Signatures
Using a signature places your personal stamp at the end of every email you send, adding that
final personal and professional touch. A signature can contain any information you want, but
items such as your name and contact information are typical standard fare.
You can create as many signatures as you like, assigning them to different accounts and
customizing them to fit your needs. Checking the ???Place signature above quoted text??? box puts
your signature directly below your latest message when you reply to or forward a message.
Clearing the check box puts your signature below the quoted text from the original message.
Rules
Mail lets you create rules used to filter your email according to the criteria you set up in them.
Rules can be used to make copies of certain emails in folders specifically created for them, such
as assigning all emails addressed from your spouse to a folder you created in your Inbox called
Wife or Hubby.
