Use Stationery
Stationery is one of the best features to hit email in a very long time. It??™s such a simple idea, but
one that hasn??™t been implemented, at least not on a large scale, until now. Stationery is a series of
templates designed using HTML (the programming language used primarily for creating Internet
websites), which enables the templates to easily incorporate images and other graphics to create
a very polished appearance. These templates are prebuilt by Apple and are included in Mail.
Click the Show Stationery button in the toolbar to see the templates that are available.
Browse through the many choices until you find the best one to suit the mood of the subject you
are emailing about or until you just find one that strikes your fancy.
If you choose a template that has placeholder text in it, you can easily edit the text by
clicking on the text and changing it as necessary.

Add Attachments
Attachments are files you can send along with emails, sort of like adding an item, such as cash,
in an envelope when sending a letter to someone.
