This can be tricky because you don??™t know which account goes with which
email. To clear up any confusion, click the Inbox for each individual account to see email it contains.

Another potential pitfall can occur when creating new email. Be sure the New Message
window shows the proper account you want to send the email from. Fear not, there is a way to
be certain the correct account is used, thankfully; choose the correct account in the From popup
menu underneath the address fields. If you don??™t see the From menu, click the New Message
button in the toolbar to open a New Message window. Notice the small button on the left that
looks like a list:

Click the list button and choose Customize, check the box next to the From field, and then
click OK to add it to your New Message windows.

Now you can choose which account to send the new message from by clicking the pop-up
menu next to the From field and making your selection.
