"How to Do Everything: Mac"

I was about to say
I had heard that statement more times than I could count, but knowing how high I can count, I
figured that saying I had heard it more than ten times wasn??™t very impressive ??¦ Onward then!
Don??™t Panic!
The first time a novice computer user realizes that their computer may be experiencing problems,
it sends shockwaves of fear through them. Here you??™ve got this great computer??”no, you??™ve got
a Mac, so you??™ve got the best computer??”that you spent half a fortune to purchase, you??™ve done
absolutely nothing wrong (hopefully not, anyway), and this hunk of metal and plastic just went
belly up on you. Yikes!
I??™ll be honest; when a computer has a glitch, it sends pangs of fear through even the most
seasoned nerd, if only for a moment. I liken this to having a problem with your car. When that
car won??™t start, even Henry Ford would experience a slight sinking feeling. You know this
already, but let me state it for you anyway: things happen. At some point in your life you will
stub your toe, or break a bone, or possibly even worse.
