keeps track of third-party updates so you only have to worry about checking 1 site instead of
15. VersionTracker also offers lots of freeware and shareware programs that you may have
never heard of, along with reviews from people who have actually used the software before.

There are three script types, and each one has its own set of tasks it needs to accomplish.
These three script types are separated by when they run: daily, weekly, and monthly. The scripts
are designed to run in the background, which means you should never really notice that they are
working. To tell the truth, unless you are an extreme night owl or a vampire, the chances of you
seeing these scripts run, or even using your Mac while they are running, are slim to none. The
reason for this is simple: by default they are scheduled to run between 3:15 and 5:30 a.
